Our 90-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your Coohug. If you're not completely happy, you have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.

How to start a return Email us at support@coohug.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the next steps. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Condition of items To be eligible, items should be in the same condition you received them. Because our plushies are soft and huggable, gentle handling is fine — we just ask that returned items aren't damaged, soiled, or missing parts.

Damaged or wrong items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us a photo at support@coohug.com within 90 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.

Refunds Once your return is received and approved (or your issue is confirmed), we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Return shipping For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is on us. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be at your own cost — we'll let you know when you contact us.

EU right of withdrawal If you are located in the EU, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 90-day guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
